Login using your username and password. If you don’t remember your username or password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Click here to login to your account.
Once you’ve logged in, whether you have a monthly donation or a sponsorship you navigation to the ‘My Sponsorship’ tab.
Then click on the ‘Update Credit Card’ button.
You’ll be taken to a screen where you’ll need to select ‘Use a new credit card’ and continue by clicking ‘Change payment method’.
Enter your card details and click ‘Confirm and Pay’. Note that there is no payment in this process this is just updating your card.
That’s it. You’ll be presented with a thank you page which confirms your card is updated.

What payment methods does St Jude’s accept?
Payments made in Australian Dollars Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cheque and direct deposit.
Payments made in United States Dollars Check, credit card or wire transfer via The American Friends of The School of St Jude.
Payments made in British Pounds Cheque, debit or credit card, standing order or internet banking through Liverpool Charity and Volunteer Services.
Payments made in New Zealand Dollars Cheque or direct deposit through Rotary New Zealand World Community Services (RNZWCS).
Other currencies Our Visa, MasterCard and PayPal facilities accept payments from internationally issued credit cards. Payments will be processed in Australian Dollars and your financial institution may charge a currency conversion fee.
